About this trial

We're not sure why some people clear the hepatitis B virusA small infective organism which is incapable of reproducing outside a host cell. (HBVHepatitis B virus) from their bodies while others do not.

In this study, investigators will analyse how our white blood cells respond differently to HBV. They are using new tools that can tell precisely which component of the immune response may be different in people who are chronically infected with HBV versus those who are also infected with HIV.
