HIV organisations in the countries you are visiting before you leave.
They may be helpful sources of information if you need assistance
while you are on holiday. Look at our list at the end of this booklet for a range of useful websites.
Just as you might take a photocopy of your travel documents on your trip, you might also take photocopies of scripts and blood results and a letter from your doctor just in case.
