Earlybird Rate

To receive the earlybird rate your registration and accompanying payment must be lodged with the Conference secretariat by 5.00pm on Thursday 15 September.

PLWH/A Rates

No registration fee applies to unwaged PLWH/A. A minimal registration fee of A$100.00 applies for waged PLWH/A.

Full registration fees include:

  • Access to complete Conference program including Friday 18 November at the NAPWA AGM and afternoon stalls/exhibits.
  • Entry for one to the Welcome Reception
  • Entry for one to the Community BBQ
  • Morning & Afternoon teas and lunches (as per ‘Program at a Glance’ above)

Registration and Payment

  • Please complete the official registration form in the registration brochure or register online (preferred).
  • The registration cut-off date is Thursday 10 November 2005
  • Invoices will not be provided. Upon payment the registration form becomes your tax invoice
  • Payment must accompany all registration applications (where required) as reservations will not be confirmed unless payment is received (not applicable to un-waged PLWH/A)
  • Registration forms should be completed and faxed to +61 2 9212 4670 or posted with payment (cheque or money order made payable to NAPWA to: NAPWA Conference, LMB 5057 Darlinghurst, NSW 1300

Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be acknowledged in writing on receipt of registration payment – until Thursday 10 November. After this date verbal confirmation can be obtained by calling the Conference Secretariat on +61 2 8204 0770. If you do not receive your acknowledgment please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation and Amendments

Registration cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 14 October will be eligible for a refund less A$55 administration fee. Refunds (less administration fee) for cancellations received in writing after 14 October 2005 will be made only in exceptional circumstances. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The conference secretariat must be advised of the transfer in writing. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.

A fee may be charged to your credit card by the hotel, according to their cancellation conditions, when cancelling accommodation after 14 October 2005.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to attend the conference. A separate scholarship application form must be submitted by 1 July. Forms are available at www.napwa.org.au.
