NAPWA has made a written submission to the National Inquiry on Employment and Disability, which is examining the barriers faced by people with disabilities in seeking work, and issues for employers in recruiting [1]The act of signing up participants into a study. Generally this process involves evaluating a participant with respect to the eligibility criteria of the study and going through the informed consent process., retaining or fully utilising employees with disabilities.
NAPWA’s submission responds to a number of key issues surrounding employment for people with long-term illnesses such as HIV/AIDS and the barriers to workface participation faced by people with HIV/AIDS.
