NAPWA Annual General Meeting

Event • 14 to 15 November 2008 •

The Annual General Meeting of the National Association of People Living with HIV/AIDS is to be held on Friday 14th & Saturday 15th November in the McDonald Wing, Sancta Sophia College, 8 Missenden Road, Camperdown NSW from 9.00am

Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided. Both days will see all delegates involved in workshops, information updates, presentations and discussions. A dinner will be held on Saturday evening – restaurant to be advised (NAPWA will cover cost of dinner, delegates to purchase own drinks).

Please schedule these dates into your diary. Could Member Representatives (one from each State and Territory is sponsored by NAPWA), current Convenors and/or Chairs and Board members please ensure that your travel and accommodation have been finalised by contacting NAPWA administration on telephone 02 8568 0300 or email admin@napwa.org.au by Friday 17th October 2008.

To assist with the nomination and election process we ask that each NAPWA member organisation confirm their two representatives and mail out details with NAPWA administration by Friday 10th October 2008. These delegates being the Representatives empowered to vote in the 2008 elections.
