The Conference is a major event of particular interest to people living with HIV/AIDS and will deliver a range of guest speakers drawn from across Australia and covering fields from the professional to the cultural.
The theme of the Conference ‘Our place, your place — in the bigger picture’ expresses the diverse aspects of HIV positive lives and the divergent forms that these lives may take in the broader Australian community.
There will be information provided on topics of relevance – from HIV treatments and health maintenance, HIV health promotion, HIV and ageing, and the diversity of the lived experience for people living with HIV/AIDS in Australia, including women’s, Indigenous and multicultural issues.
